We will set up and conduct a property site inspection with a hand selected inspection officer.

Where does Momentum operate?

Momentum currently operate in Málaga, Spain. We are looking to expand our footprint in the year 2025 to other Andalusian cities.

We have partnered up with COEO Hostal and Apartments, to provide our members the best stays possible in a centric location.

What is the agreement structure?

1.  Management Agreements (lowest cost).
You provide the building key ready, we provide the managament software.

2. Revenue Share Agreements (Medium Cost)
We take over the building and split the revenue and cost associated equally.

3. Fixed Lease Agreement (highest cost and lowest risk).  
We take over the building for a 15-20 years at a fixed rate, we renovate to our liking and fill up the space with customers.

What type of properties does Momentum work with?

We target buildings and small class multi family of between 10-75 units in pedestrianised walkable neighbourhoods in or near the city centre.

What are the value adds for residents?

Full access to all Momentum workspaces across the city. Free events and activities (city wide). Flexible stays. A community of thousands of people across the city. Fully furnished move in ready rooms and apartments.
